It’s day 8376743 of quarantine (ok, not really but it feels like it) and if you’re like me, you might be going a little stir crazy! One thing I’ve been doing to help is working out every day! I wanted to share with you guys some at-home workout/gym programs you can do to keep moving and stay in shape during this time! I’m taking this time to kick my butt back into shape by eating well and working out as much as possible. Luckily for us, we have equipment in our basement, but even if you don’t you can still workout! Grab some soup cans or water jugs for weights, paper plates for sliders, and a chair as a step! Below I’m sharing some paid programs as well as some free workouts available that you can do at home!
Paid Programs
- Madeline Moves Program – This is the program my husband and I just started! I’ve been following Madeline and her app for awhile and always wanted to try her weekly workouts and I finally decided to do it! We are only a week in but we already love it. The app is super easy to use and provides 5 workouts a week (targeted areas). It also provides so many options, so you can tailor it to meet your specific needs.
- BBG Stronger – This is the program I used when I was “sweating for the wedding!” There are several different programs you can choose from based on your needs and what equipment you have available. The app shows you each move and it even pairs with your smartwatch!
Free Workouts
- Madeline (@madeline_moves) & Brighton (@brightonkeller) – They go live on Instagram, Saturdays at 11am EST for an at home, no equipment needed workout!
- Tyler Cameron (@tylerjcameron3) & Phil Fit (@philfit) – If you watch the bachelor, you know Tyler Cameron & he goes live every day on Instagram with Phil Fit for a workout. Walt and I actually did these for over a week before starting the other program and liked them! They use no gym equipment, only household items and it’s A LOT of cardio!
- Tone It Up – I used to do these workouts awhile ago & have followed Karena & Katrina for a long time! They are offering their app/program for free until 4/22. They have HIIT, strength and yoga workouts available!
- Inline Barre – If barre workouts are more your thing, head over to Inline Barre’s Facebook page for their free at home workouts! They normally upload one per day but you can combine videos for a longer workout!
- Peloton – Is offering 90-days free on its app. You can use this with a stationary bike, treadmill or no equipment needed classes like yoga, meditation, etc.
Linking some workout equipment available on Amazon. I tried to link items with Prime Shipping but shipping is being delayed on some items, due to the Virus.
